Different Methods Different Methods of Calculating Fees
Hourly Rate Fees
The lawyer informs the client of the hourly rate proposed should the client choose the hourly billing method. The lawyer provides an estimate of the time likely to be devoted to the analysis and handling of the case. The client is then kept regularly informed of the time spent.
Depending on the client’s needs, the firm may also offer renewable packages in blocks of 5, 10, 20 hours, etc., or monthly or annual subscription plans

Flat Fees
The lawyer and the client may agree on a fixed fee. The services covered by this fee are then clearly specified.
When all or part of a case (advisory or litigation) allows for a flat-rate arrangement, such fees may be established accordingly.
Training services are provided upon quotation.
